Recipe: Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup plant milk of choice
⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract, more to taste
3 tablespoons chia seeds
Recommended toppings: fresh or defrosted berries, shredded coconut, toasted chopped nuts, sliced kiwi fruit, a tablespoon of nut butter, kefir yoghurt...
Combine the chia seeds with the vanilla extract and plant milk in a kilner jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
